This is our favorite dressing for anything Tex-Mex or fresh-Mex. We love it on fajitas, salads, kebabs, fish tacos...in fact, I don't think there's anything we don't like it on.
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
In a food processor, combine cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, sour cream and butter milk until all ingredients are evenly blended. Add mayo and mix well. Chill before serving.
